Check-in is from 2:00pm.
Early check-in may be available depending on cleaning schedules—please call us on the day to check.
As late as you like. We offer self check-in, so you can arrive at a time that suits you.
We’ll send you simple instructions prior to arrival so you can access your cottage with ease.
Check-out
Check-out is by 10:00am.
Late check-out may be possible depending on availability—just reach out and we’ll do our best.
The Cottages & Amenities
Absolutely—all linen, towels, and essential amenities are provided.
Each cottage includes a full kitchen and BBQ, so you’ll have everything you need to cook during your stay.
Yes, we do have WiFi available for guests.
Heating & Cooling
Yes—our cottages are very well insulated to stay comfortable in all seasons.

Each cottage also includes a fireplace, with wood, kindling, and fire starters all supplied, so it’s easy to get a fire going and settle in.
Off-Grid Living
There are very few restrictions, and we’re currently upgrading our system to allow full, unrestricted use.

In the meantime, we ask that you do not bring portable heaters or other high-power appliances, as these can overload the system.
Parking & Access
Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the property.
Yes—we have ample space for boats, trailers, and caravans.
Pets
Yes—pets are welcome in selected cottages.

You’re welcome to walk them around the property, but please clean up after your pets. Not all cottages are pet-friendly, so be sure to check the listing before booking.
Transport
Yes, transport may be available on request depending on timing and availability—just get in touch to discuss your needs.
Location & Airfield
We offer the best of all worlds—just 2km from Jindabyne town centre, around 30 minutes to the ski fields, and surrounded by peaceful bushland.
Not at all. The airfield is a small grass strip with occasional light aircraft and helicopters. It’s generally very quiet, and most guests barely notice it.
You’re very welcome to enjoy watching planes and helicopters from the property. However, for safety reasons, please do not enter or access the runway or airfield area.
House Rules
No parties or events—we aim to maintain a peaceful, relaxed environment for all guests.
No smoking inside the cottages.
We ask guests to be respectful of others and keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings.
